Know what to order, what is on the way, and what you owe.
Wharfly is a purchasing app that lives inside the Shopify admin. It suggests reorders from recent sales, follows each purchase order from supplier to shelf, and tracks what you owe every supplier.
Why I am building it
Many small merchants run purchasing from spreadsheets and email. I wanted a tool that stays inside the Shopify admin and answers three plain questions: what to order, what is on the way, and what you owe.
- Reorder suggestions with an order by date for each product
- Purchase orders with approval limits, then shipments, then receiving into Shopify
- Supplier bills, payments and payables aging
PRIVACY Wharfly reads order quantities only. It never reads or stores customer names, emails, addresses or order totals.
BUILT WITH THE HELP OF Claude Code. Stack: React Router, Prisma and Postgres, on the Shopify platform.
